Stephen Machin is Professor of Economics at UCL and Director of the Centre for the Economics of Education at the LSE.

The Fabian Society has a staff team of sixteen people, based at our London offices, led by Sunder Katwala , General Secretary.

The Society's activities are governed by the Executive Committee, elected annually in a ballot of Fabian members. Sadiq Khan is Chair of the Fabian Society.
