Over the course of this parliament, Labour has made a commitment to a radical devolution of power, if it wins the election in May. At present, there is a patchwork of policies and ideas in the area, and this session will aim to join up the dots and explore Labour’s plan for delivering devolution in England, examining current policy, new ideas and best practice from Labour councils.
