Tim Horton is Research Director of the Fabian Society. Prior to this he worked in the Labour Party's Policy Unit and in 2005 was a Special Adviser at the Department of Trade and Industry. Before this he was a policy analyst in HM Treasury's Enterprise and Growth Unit.
